Interactive Designer

Motivation Technologies, based in St. Louis, MO, has an immediate need for a highly skilled Interactive Designer with global design experience. The ideal candidate will be strong in all aspects of design with great attention to detail. He/she must be able to produce high-quality work with a small team of other designers. We seek candidates who are passionate about their work and can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will be working with 3-4 other designers and Flash developers in creating new Web and print work for an international Fortune 50 client. A position with Motivation Technologies ensures that you will be exposed to several different technologies and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Web design, some print design a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, experience with Flash
• Creative, strategic, outside-the-box thinking
• Experience with global company branding
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client projects
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Interest in/background in technology industry a HUGE plus
• Ability to work well individually or as a team
