We feel that designers and developers work their best when they are in their own creative environment. 3-5 years experience is needed, unless you have recently passed up a job with google or facebook, then you have some leeway! Qualifications: ?
• 3-5 years experience designing and building websites?
• Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript?
• Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Photoshop?
• Knowledge of cross browser compatibility?
• Ability to integrate multimedia elements such as Flash, video and audio?
• Proficient in current web technologies, web standards and fundamental interactive design and analytics
• Strong communication skills to work remotely with Project Manager
