WEB DESIGNER / DEVELOPER

Phoenix Creative Co. is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated Web Designer/Developer. REQUIREMENTS: - Must have 3+ years experience in both traditional and digital environments. - Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite CS5. - Solid understanding of HTML, Email-Compliant HTML, CSS and JavaScript - Proficient in building cross browser support. - Experience in building Flash web banners (ActionScript 2) - Skills in a server-side language, preferably PHP (or the willingness to learn) - Experience in mobile web development. - Experience with social media. - Must be able to work well under pressure. - Must be comfortable working on a team as well as independently. - Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail. THESE ADDITIONAL SKILLS WOULD BE A PLUS: - Responsive design experience. - Experience developing within Facebook. - Experience setting up content management systems. - Experience in working with Google Analytics.
