NGAGE is seeking an account services intern. Must be self-motivated and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gathering and assembling background information and analysis as needed by account service in development of reports, plans and strategies
- Providing daily administration and assistance for assigned clients
- Establish and manage project timelines and budgets
- Assist in developing creative briefs and work with creative team to execute advertising
- Develop agendas, conference reports, status reports, proposals, correspondence and all materials relating to projects
- Develop relationships with client personnel and vendors
- Work with clients on social media and UX
Qualifications include:
- BS/BA in Advertising or related field
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise creativity and take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, self-starter who can handle large tasks without a lot of day-to-day hand-holding
- Must have high Social Media IQ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
