+ Develop strategic creative solutions—and communicate the concepts—for assigned projects
+ Seek to immerse yourself in a thorough understanding of clients and competitors
+ Resourcefully research and actively contribute to brainstorms
+ An obvious creative spark and flair combined with the ability to translate, develop and advance high level marketing strategies
+ Great presentation skills, namely the ability to articulate and sell an idea with energy and enthusiasm while keeping it all grounded in solid strategic thinking
+ Ability to develop creative solutions across multiple Momentum disciplines (advertising, retail, online, events, sponsorship, promotions, etc.) as well as the ability to adapt existing campaign work to individual disciplines, when necessary
+ Ability to work in a team environment, provide leadership and inspiration to co-workers and clients and act as a positive catalyst for the group
+ Articulate, organized, self motivated, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be experienced in developing/managing major projects
