Momentum St. Louis is looking for a Digital Producer for our Digital group. An Integrated producer manages interactive projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief. This includes but is not limited to the following:
•Define the Project Scope: goals, deliverables, budget and schedule.
•Stay abreast of who the best vendors are, what they’re strengths and skills are and maintain relations with them. Present the best vendors for the project to the creative teams on each project.
•Lead all teams through the production process with strong communication between creatives, strategy, account services, the compliance team and vendors.
•Track project process and communicate with Weekly Status updates and Budget vs. Actual reports to manage budget.
•Own overall responsibility for interactive projects by ensuring tasks are scheduled, allocated and completed in accordance with project schedules, budgets and quality requirements. Such projects include but are not limited to: presence web sites, promotional web sites (sweepstakes, contests), online advertising (Flash, PointRoll and Eyeblaster), online Customer Relationship Marketing (Email, Newsletters), iPhone apps, DVD, motion graphics and mobile technology.
•Works with Digital Development Manager and Digital Creative Directors to assign project roles & responsibilities for internally produced projects. Recommends correct development resources to complete the work.
•Stay abreast of who the best vendors are, what they’re strengths and skills are and maintain relations with them. Present the best vendors for the project to the creative teams on each project.
•Individual will be point of contact and will act as a ‘the owner” (person most knowledgeable of the project deliverables) for Account Service, and Creative during a project.
•Coordinates with Digital Production Manager to identify problem areas in the process, raise process issues, and identify resource allocation issues or conflicts.
•Integrate with other producers on events and video and be knowledgeable about all mediums.
•Be passionate about delivering the best, most talked about, creative on time and in budget.
Experience Required:
•Excellent communication skills, both verbally and electronically.
•Highly organized individual.
•Conceptual thinker.
•Great understanding of digital and online marketing terminology and concepts.
•Stays abreast of current digital technology and how this technology applies to our clients business.
•Ability to work with multiple teams, agency-wide on multiple projects – i.e. a real team player.
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and “Online Marketing”.
•Willing to learn in-house online project management tool called Basecamp and adapt their personal project management skills and workflow to this system.
•Individual must bring calm to a project not panic.
