Responsibilities:

- Working with and communicating with our design department on email campaigns
- Working directly with our clients to set email campaign goals and apply best
practices
- Write technical documents for execution of complex email programs
- Develop, manage and testing of all email campaigns
- Define strategy for new and existing accounts
- Set-up and testing of new client accounts
- Conduct client trainings on email platform
- List management and growth
- Learn and apply new email techniques

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience and 1-2 years of email experience
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to quickly learn and work with multiple platforms
- Strong attention-to-detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and shifting
priorities
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience with ExactTarget is preferred
- Command of current CAN-SPAM guidelines
- HTML experience preferred
