Qualifications

Osborn & Barr has an outstanding opportunity available for a creative Art Director working on a variety of Osborn & Barr’s clients and pro-bono clients. The position will have the opportunity to work with several clients throughout the Outdoor, Government, and Cultivate (crop focused) Practice Groups. This position is responsible for the development of creative concepts and execution of ideas based on client needs and directions. The Art Director is responsible for taking an idea from concept stage and executing using knowledge and skills of the computer. This individual will work with a copywriter to develop concepts.

Skills

Osborn & Barr is looking for an innovative individual with exceptional experience in conceptual thinking and art direction. The ideal candidates will have five to seven years experience on a creative team in an Agency, and enthusiasm for producing creative that pushes the boundaries. This individual should exemplify:

•Ability to conceptualize solutions and then transfer into an advertising product;
•Exceptional knowledge in broadcast, print, and outdoor experience preferred;
•Ability to demonstrate strong concepting and design skills;
•Stellar presentation skills necessary for client meetings;
•Strong leadership qualities to champion ideas and lead the creative team;
•Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat, QuarkXPress and electronic mail systems.
