Qualifications

Osborn & Barr is growing and has a new opportunity for a Digital Producer. This position will be a part of a talented group of digital marketers and is a coordinator, supervisor, and strategist for projects involving the creation of digital media. The Digital Producer's primary responsibility is to consolidate and coordinate the creative work of the design team, and build a product that will satisfy the client's overall requirements.

Skills

Osborn & Barr is looking for an innovative individual with exceptional experience in digital project management and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience as a digital producer, and previous advertising agency experience. This individual should exemplify:

•Knowledge and/or experience in design skills, programming, or creative disciplines; background in technology development or programming preferred;
•Understanding or experience with database marketing programs and or projects a plus;
•Clear understanding of SEO/SEM programming and ability to manage at high level; Ability to interpret analytics data;
•Demonstrated ability to manage each project effectively to maintain a steady flow of productivity throughout the process;
•Ability to assist a client to develop a strategy using digital media;
•Exemplify strengths in marketing, project management, product development, and sales to effectively bring the project from conception to birth without compromising the original vision of the client;
•5 to 7 years digital project management experience and account management operations.
