Geile/Leon And Ervin Marketing Creative Communications Announce Merger Agreement

Geile/Leon Marketing Communications announced today a merger agreement with Ervin Marketing Creative Communications of St. Louis.  The combined company will meld the core competencies of both firms, creating an expanded service offering for clients and positioning the agency for future growth.

            “We initiated this merger because we believe that our clients will benefit from the breadth and depth of experience and expertise Geile/Leon offers, particularly in the areas of public relations, social media, search engine optimization (SEO) and web development,” said Sallie Ervin, CEO and Chief Creative Officer, Ervin Marketing Creative Communications.
            “Sallie and her group are a perfect fit for us,” said Tim Leon, Managing Partner, Geile/Leon Marketing Communications.   “We are really excited about being able to leverage their expertise in the areas of strategic communications, such as employee communications, change management and workplace wellness programs. We share the same philosophy of providing fully integrated marketing communications programs and of fostering a team-oriented culture, which ultimately benefits our clients and our employees.”
            The company will continue to operate as Geile/Leon Marketing Communications at its headquarters at 130 S. Bemiston Ave. in Clayton, and now expands to 20 employees.
            Ms. Ervin founded Ervin Marketing in 1988, and served a wide range of clients both locally and nationally.
