ST. LOUIS, MO (October 29, 2008) –The Mid-America chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences hosted the 2008 Mid-America Emmy Awards at the Four Seasons Hotel in St. Louis. Coolfire Media won for Best Television Campaign for their work on the St. Louis Rams “I Believe” Campaign. Individual honors went to Editor Kevin Johnson, for his overall Editorial Composite, and Audio Engineer Brent Johnson for his overall Audio Composite.

 

The “I Believe” campaign for the Rams, was written, produced, directed, edited and sound designed by Coolfire. Shot in High Definition, the spots focus on Isaac Bruce, Pisa Tinoisamoa and Steven Jackson as the share what they think it takes to “BELIEVE” in a team and win. “Coolfire Media is proud to accept the award on behalf of everyone who was involved in the project, said Jeff Keane, President of Coolfire Media. “I’m extremely happy for the company and for Kevin and Brent. We continue to strive for excellence by creating highly visual editorial and graphics that communicate our client’s messages.”

 

The Mid-America Emmy Awards recognizes excellence in television communications among a variety of categories. The region covers Missouri and parts of Illinois, Arkansas, Louisiana, Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska.
