McGuire-Mullins launches “The CreAgent”

Kathy McGuire-Mullins launches “The CreAgent”, a home-based, advertising/marketing staffing and placement agency. Kathy McGuire-Mullins conceived this opportunity after experiencing the unfortunate fate of being let go from her job (as many others have in the past year.) At the insistence of industry contacts, Mullins transformed her dream job scenario into startup reality by evolving her passion for connecting creative job seekers to agency and corporate opportunities into a small business. After conception, Mullins coordinated a group of peer industry advisors; Creative Directors, Copywriters and Account Service friends to assist in the strategy, development and positioning of the company. Kathy McGuire-Mullins now serves all roles within The CreAgent and works mostly from her Kirkwood, MO based home-office with some candidate/client meetings at coffee shops in and around the metro area. 
 
With over 15 years St. Louis advertising/marketing experience, including work on the Boatmen’s Bank account at TBWA Chiat-Day and promotions for Anheuser-Busch Inc. with Phoenix Creative, Mullins built a deep network of St. Louis’ top agencies and corporations.   More recently, Mullins spent the past six years focused on creative staffing and placement working with some of the most talented marketing and creative departments. “My passion lies within the advancement of the creative industry and contributing to creative professional’s career and livelihood. As The CreAgent, I have the perfect opportunity to pursue both and be in control of my own success and destiny.” says Mullins.  Kathy McGuire-Mullins is also in her fourth year serving as board member for the AAF Adclub of St. Louis and regularly attends other business and cultural events to support the creative industry.
 
The CreAgent™ is a resource for, and representative to select talent within the advertising, marketing and communications industries. The CreAgent’s primary focus is permanent job placement as well as off-site project placement.
